Chestnuts Chicken

INGREDIENTS :

Chestnut chicken sauce
1 package
Whole Chicken

Dried black Mushrooms

Dried Chestnuts

Water

Sweet wine

Method:
1. Wash and clean chicken,marinate with Chestnut chicken sauce for 1/2 hr.

2. Soak black mushrooms until soft and slice into pieces.

3. Soak dried chestnuts until soft.

4. Place black mushrooms and chestnuts into smart cooker, pour in water and sweet wine.

5. Place the marinated chicken in the smart cooker and select"steam"function for 40 minutes then press " Start" to cook.

Kung Pao Chicken

Dark soy sauce
3 tbsp
Oyster sauce
1 tbsp
Light soy sauce
5 tbsp
Chilli sauce
5 tbsp
Tomato ketchup
2 tbsp
LP sauce
5 tbsp
Sugar
4 tbsp
B
Sesame oil
 1 tsp
Soybean oil
3 tbsp
Chicken (cut into pieces)
1.2 kg
Dried chilli (soaked & drained)
10 g
Celery (sliced)
80 g
Garlic
80 g
Black fungus (soaked)
120 g
Carrot (cubed)
100 g
Onion (wedged)
100 g
Lemon grass
Adequate
Chicken stock powder
Adequate


Method:
1. Mix all ingredients A and set aside.

2. Press “Preheat” function and heat the soybean oil in the Smart Cooker. Sauté the dried chilli, onion and garlic until fragrant.

3. Add in chicken and stir well.

4. Put in the fungus, carrot, celery, lemon grass and the sauce from step 1. Mix well.

5. Choose „Steam‟ function and set time to 25 minutes. Hold the „Start‟ button for 2 seconds until the indicator light is lit.

6. Add in the chicken powder and sesame oil to serve.

Ginger Honey Chicken Wings

Ginger Honey Chicken Wings

Ingredients :

Chicken wings
600 gms
Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp

Ginger juice
50 g
Shallots (chopped)
50 g
Light soy sauce
 2 tbsp
Honey
4 tbsp
Salt
1⁄2 tsp


Method:
1. Marinate chicken wings with marinade B for an hour.

2. Pour all ingredients with chopped garlic into the Smart Cooker.

3. Select “Steam” function, 30 minutes and press “Start” to cook.

Herbal Chicken

Herbal Chicken

Ingredients :

Free range chicken

Herbal chicken soup packet
1 pkt
Salt
1 tsp
Water
 500 ml 
Chiretta
3 slices


Method:
1. Wash and drain the whole chicken, rub 1 tsp salt all over the chicken.

2. Put 3 slices of Chiretta into the chicken stomach and marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Wash and drain one packet of the Herbal Chicken Soup ingredients and put into the Smart Cooker. Pour in 500 ml of water, add in the whole chicken and cover with lid.

4. Select “Steam” function, adjust time to 40 minutes, press “Start” to cook.

Tasty Chicken Wings Recipe

Black Soy Sauce

Light Soy Sauce

1 tbsp
White Pepper Powder
1⁄2 tsp 
Red Bean Curd
1⁄2 pc
Chinese Wine
1 tbsp
Corn Flour
Appropriate amount

 

Method:
1. Wash and clean chicken wings, marinate with marination ingredients “B” overnight.

2. Place marinated chicken wings into the Smart Cooker and select “Steam” function for 30 minutes then press “Start” to cook.

Brown Rice with Chinese Yam and Chicken

Brown Rice with Chinese Yam and Chicken

Ingredients :
Brown Rice
1 Cup (washed)
Chinese Yam
120 g (skinned and cut diagonally)
Chicken
75 g (cut into pieces)
Water
300ml
Oil
1 tsp

Marinade:
Sesame oil
 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce
1/2 tsp
Corn flour
1/2 tsp

Seasoning  :
Soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp
Dark soy sauce
 1 tsp


Method :
1. Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients for 20 minutes.

2. Select “STEAM” function to heat up 1 tablespoon oil, put in marinated chicken stir-fry awhile then add in Chinese Yam and seasoning and mix well.

3. Lastly, pour in brown rice mix evenly, close the lid and select “BROWN RICE” function and start cooking.

Seasoning:

Soy sauce
300ml
Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp
Rock sugar
 1 tbsp
Pepper

Method:
1. Put in all ingredients and seasoning into the SMART COOKER.

2. Close the lid, select “STEAM” function, and adjust the cooking time to 1 hour and press start to cook.

Sesame Chicken

Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken Drumstick  3
Red Dates 5 grains
Wolfberry 1 tbsp
Fungus appropriate
Ginger 40g ( thinly sliced)
Black Sesame Oil 3 tbsp
Chicken bouillon powder 2 tsp
Rice Wine 300ml


Method:

1. Clean the drumstick and cut into bite-size pieces, set aside.

2. Remove the red dates seed, quick rinse the wolfberries, soak the fungus then cut the hard part, set aside.

3. Heat up the SMART COOKER using “STEAM” function, put in the thinly sliced
gingers stir fry it till it curl up and dry, then add in sesame oil and sauté till fragrant.
Add in the chicken and stir fry, then add in red dates, wolfberries, fungus and rice
wine.

4. Close the lid and continue cooking with the “STEAM” function till time is up.
