Vietnamese Spare Ribs

Ingredients :
Spare ribs
600 g
Plum sauce
2 tbsp
Tomato sauce
1½ tbsp
Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp
2 tbsp
Rice vinegar
 3 tbsp 
Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp
Chilli (chopped)
½ tsp
Galangal (chopped)
1 tsp
Lemon grass
2 pc
2 tbsp

Method :
1. Clean and drain the spare ribs.

2. Marinate the spare ribs with all seasonings B for 2 hours.

3. Add in all ingredients into the Smart Cooker.

4. Choose “Steam” function, and cook for 30 minutes.
