Stewed Lamb Cutlets with Tomato & Herbs

Ingredients :

A
Lamb cutlets
500 g
Tomatoes (wedged)

Bay leaves
2
Rosemary
1 tsp
Water
400 ml
B
Light soy sauce
 3 tbsp
Dark soy sauce
1 tsp
Sugar
1 tbsp

 

Method:
1. Clean and chop the lamb cutlets into smaller pieces, blanch in boiling water for few minutes, drain well and set aside.

2. Select „Steam‟ function, and set for 5 minutes, put in oil and sauté the bay leaves and rosemary until fragrant, add in tomato wedges and stir-fry till well mixed.

3. Add in lamb cutlets, water and seasoning B, select “Steam” function, set time to 35 minutes, press and hold onto “Start” button for few seconds to cook.
