Method:
1. Pour the rice and carrot juice into the “Smart Cooker“with 1⁄2 tsp of salt.
2. Divide the pineapple, shredded carrot and Aberdeen whitebaits into 3 portions, put it into the cooker, cover with lid, press “White Rice” function on the “Smart Cooker”.
3. When the rice is cooked, add in seasonings and raisins, mix well.
4. Garnished with shredded cucumber, sea weed and black sesame before serving.
