Ingredients:
- Glass noodles 4 bunches
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Minced pork 200g
- Chopped chili 1tsp
- Chili oil 1tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1tsp
- Sesame oil 1tbsp
- Chopped spring onion 1 stalk
- Chopped coriander 1tbsp
Seasoning:
- Soy Bean paste 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Water 250 ml
Method:
- Soak the glass noodles in water for 15 minutes.
- Select “Steam” function to heat up chili oil in pot and saute minced pork until half set, then add in chopped garlic, chili, ginger and spring onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Pour in glass noodle and seasoning. Stir well. Then close the lid and simmer for 1/2 minute.
- Lastly, add in chopped coriander and sesame oil and mix well.
