Ingredients:
- Pork Belly (Skinless & cut into strips) x 600g
- Sugar x 4 tablespoon
- Oyster Sauce x 2 tablespoon
- Dark Soy Sauce x 2 tablespoon
- Light Soy Sauce x 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic x 1 tablespoon
- Pepper x 1/2 tablespoon
- Cooking Wine x 1 tablespoon
- Red Bean Curd x 1/2 piece
Method:
- Marinate pork belly with all the ingredients.
- Pour mixture into IH Smart Cooker.
- Choose "Steam" function with 30 minutes setting and press start.
* Turn the meat every 10 minutes to avoid burnt.
