Dried chestnut
 300 g 
Spare ribs
500 g
Carrot

Red dates

Method:
1. Blanch spare ribs, wash and drain.

2. Soak chestnut in hot water, wash and clean away the red skin. Peel carrot and cut into wedges.

3. Put all ingredients A into Smart Cooker, select ‘Soup’ function, press ‘Start’ button until the red light is lid.

4. After cooked, add in B and serve hot.
