Method:
1. In Smart Cooker, use ‘Reheat’ function to heat up 3 tbsp oil with ginger slices, shallot, garlic and basil leaves.
2. Add in chicken pieces and ‘Shaoxing’ wine, then pour in all seasoning sauce B.
3. Close lid and select ‘Steam’ function to cook for 20 minutes.
