Buffalo Smart Cooker - Stainless Steel Inner Pot

Ingredients A
280 g Beef belly (cubed)
1 Carrot (chopped) 
1 Tomato (diced) 
Ingredients B
3-4 cloves Garlic (chopped) 
1 tbsp oil 
1 Onion (julienned) 
Ingredients C
2 Bay leaves 
Dash of Corn Starch 
A pinch Pepper 
1⁄2 tbsp Sugar 
1⁄2 tsp Salt 
180 ml Water 
1 tbsp HP sauce HP 
1 tsp L& P Sauce (Worceteshire) L&P 
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 
1⁄2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 
1⁄2 tbsp Red Wine 
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce 
1. Wash and cut ingredient A. Set aside.
2. Use Reheat function to saute B ingredients in Smart Cooker for 4 minutes..
3. Combine ingredients A and C in Smart Cooker. Stir well.
4. Choose ‘Steam’ function and set time to 30 minutes. Hold the ‘Start’ button for 2 seconds until the indicator light is lit.
