Ingredients :

Caster sugar | 135 g |

Condensed milk | 200 ml |
Melted butter | 135 g |
Self-raising flour (sifted) | 240 g |
Baking soda | 1⁄2 tsp |

Method:
1. Melt sugar in a saucepan by low heat until golden brown in colour, (do not stir), when bubble forming, add in hot water to mix well. Set aside, stir in 1 tbsp honey, mix well to let cool.
2. Beat eggs and condensed milk in a mixing bowl until fluffy, add in melted butter to mix well.
3. Sift self-raising flour and baking soda, add to egg mixture and mix well.
4. Gradually add in sugar syrup from step 1 and mix well.
5. Use a strainer to sift the cake mixture, then pour into the greased inner pot.
6. Select “Cake” function and press “Start” (45 minutes).
