| Chinese wine (ShouXing wine) | 1 tbsp |
| Five Spice Powder | 1⁄2 tsp |
| Chopped garlic | 1 tbsp |
| Sesame Oil | 1 tbsp |
| Dark soy sauce | 1 tbsp |
Method:
1. Marinate spare ribs with all the ingredients B for 2-3 hours.
2. Pour all marinated spare ribs with sauce into Smart Cooker, choose ‘Steam’ function, press ‘Cooking’ button until the red light is lid.
3. Sprinkle toasted sesame to serve.
