Aromatic Roast Spare Ribs

Spare ribs
600 g
Sesame (toasted)

Salted Bean Paste
1⁄2 tbsp
Reddish bean curd
1⁄2 piece
 Hoisin sauce
1⁄2 tbsp
Light soy sauce
1⁄2 tbsp
Sugar
 60g 
L&P sauce
1⁄2 tbsp
Chinese wine (ShouXing wine)
1 tbsp
Five Spice Powder
1⁄2 tsp
Chopped garlic
1 tbsp
Sesame Oil
1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp

Method:
1. Marinate spare ribs with all the ingredients B for 2-3 hours.

2. Pour all marinated spare ribs with sauce into Smart Cooker, choose ‘Steam’ function, press ‘Cooking’ button until the red light is lid.

3. Sprinkle toasted sesame to serve.
