Brown Rice | 1 Cup (washed) |
Chinese Yam | 120 g (skinned and cut diagonally) |
Chicken | 75 g (cut into pieces) |
Water | 300ml |
Oil | 1 tsp |
Marinade:
Sesame oil | 1/2 tsp |
Soy sauce | 1/2 tsp |
Corn flour | 1/2 tsp |
Seasoning :
Soy sauce | 1 ½ tbsp |
Dark soy sauce | 1 tsp |
Method :
1. Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients for 20 minutes.
2. Select “STEAM” function to heat up 1 tablespoon oil, put in marinated chicken stir-fry awhile then add in Chinese Yam and seasoning and mix well.
3. Lastly, pour in brown rice mix evenly, close the lid and select “BROWN RICE” function and start cooking.
