Optima Sponge Flour
300 g
Eggs

Melted Butter
100 g
Water
60 ml


Method:

1. Combine “Optima” sponge mix flour and eggs with low speed for 1 minute, then turn to high speed to mix for about 3 minutes, then turn to low speed and add in water, continue mixing until firm peak formed for about 5 minutes.

2. Turn to low speed and fold in melted butter, mix well for a minute.

3. Pour the batter into the greased inner pot.

4. Select “Cake” function and press “Start” (45 minutes).
