Steamed Ground Pork with Salted Egg with Garlic Rice

Ingredients  :

A - Mince Pork
Ground pork
300 g
Ginger (chopped)
10 g
Spring onion (chopped)

Salt
1⁄4 tsp
Water

Light Soy sauce

1⁄2 tsp
Wine
2 tsp
Sesame oil

Corn flour

Salted Egg Yolk (chopped)

C - Garlic Rice
Jasmine Rice
3 cups
Water
3 cups
Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp
Melted Butter
2 Tbsp
Salt
1 tsp
Lemongrass

Method:
1. Use “Reheat” function on Smart Cooker to melt butter with garlic, add in rice, salt, water and lemongrass. Mix Well.

2. Put the ground meat in a big bowl. Add salt and stir until slightly sticky. Mix in all Ingredients A until all the water is absorbed by the meat. Then use palm to pat until flat and arrange the meat mixture into a small plate. Put it on the steam rack with the chopped salted egg yolk on top of the mixture.

3. Put the steam rack with the ground pork in a bowl together into the Smart Cooker.

4. Choose the “Rice” function. Press “Start” button.
