Japanese Curry | Buffalo Mini Smart Rice Cooker Recipes

Ingredients:

  • Carrot (cut into cube)
  • Potato (cut into cube)
  • Onion (cut into cube)
  • Japanese curry paste or cubes
  • Chicken breast (cut into cube) - marinated with soya sauce and wine
  • Water 

Method:

  1. Stir fry potato, carrot, onion and chicken breast in a fry pan.
  2. Put them into Mini Smart Cooker. 
  3. Add water and curry paste.
  4. Choose "Soup" funtion and cook for 1 hour.
