Ingredients:
- Carrot (cut into cube)
- Potato (cut into cube)
- Onion (cut into cube)
- Japanese curry paste or cubes
- Chicken breast (cut into cube) - marinated with soya sauce and wine
- Water
Method:
- Stir fry potato, carrot, onion and chicken breast in a fry pan.
- Put them into Mini Smart Cooker.
- Add water and curry paste.
- Choose "Soup" funtion and cook for 1 hour.
