Not Covered:

Misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or unauthorised modifications.
Normal wear and tear, accidents (fire, flood, theft), or commercial use outside of intended applications.
Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality (scratches, dents, discolouration).
